Virtual therapy and counselling services in New Brunswick. Therapies offered include CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt Therapy. Specializing in LGBTQ+ issues, gender transitions, depression, anxiety, youth, and working with cluster B traits. I have also worked with many families who are supporting someone who is making a gender transition. I also offer Christian Counselling. Fees are$120 per hour. E-transfer prior to session. Receipt issued the next business day.
Virtual sessions offered to anyone in Canada. Blue Cross, Sunlife, and Johnson’s have all accepted receipts for reimbursement in NB but each plan is different so responsibility remains on client to check with insurance provider.

Let me introduce myself .
I have 20 years experience working with youth, adults, and families for a variety of mental health issues. I do treatment for anxiety, depression, life coaching, gender transitions, sexual orientation, and working with cluster B traits. I do Christian counselling and gender orientation counselling as well. I have had so many wonderful experiences guiding gender transitions for both the the client and in supporting the families of the transitioning person.
Empathy and compassion will move us forward together towards healing .

Most major insurance companies accept my qualifications for reimbursement . Receipt issued for remittance to your insurance provider and a vairety of apt. times are available.
E-transfer must arrive before session.I have my LCT and CCC designations .
